Q) How do I find the price and make an order?

Q) – Many websites do not give a guarantee on the stock, do you?
When contacting us, we direct all your requests straight to your chosen store. We will check stock and inform you of what is available. Sometimes we may not have large quantities that you require. You can contact direct via telephone and by providing us with the catalogue codes we can inform you of stock availability and you can choose your exact order.
Q) - How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders of 10kg or more usually take around 3-4 working days to Asia, Europe, North America and Australia If you are require smaller orders it can take between 10-14 days. If you are outside of the countries stated, please contact us for exact shipping times and cost.
Q) – Do you have a minimum on specific orders and how long does it take?
If we do not have stock available, for specific orders each company works slightly different. Most brands require 100pcs per style in one colour and you can mix the sizes Specific orders take 3-4weeks to complete. We will confirm this information within hours of receiving all correspondence.
Q) – Do you send samples?
Yes we do. There is an initial cost for a sample and once you decide to make an order we will deduct the cost of the product accordingly.
Q) – What is a C/O?
A C/O (Country of Origins) form states exactly where the goods are from and the country of origin. This form is necessary for customs clearance within most countries. Please contact us with regards to your shipping location and we will inform you as to whether or not a form is necessary.
Q) – How much is a C/O and how do I get the C/O?
The C/C is $30 and we apply for this on your behalf. We charge you the exact price. No handling fees.
Q) – Do I have to Pay Customs or Import Tax?
Baiyoke Factory are never responsible for local Custom and tax fees. Contact your local customs office for more information.
Q) – How do we pay?
You can pay via SWIFT bank transfer, Western Union or Paypal
Q) - What information do I need for creating my own label?
For this we require artwork of the designs that you have chosen along with the sizes, t-shirt styles and quantities that you desire. From this we will be able check the required information and provide you with costs, times and minimums for such a request.
Q) Do you offer exclusive distribution?
For this, we are able offer security on a few brands, however not all of them. When taking the route of designing your own label, of course we guarantee that your goods will not be distributed via any other means. Some brands within our factory offer exclusivity. The current brands available for exclusive distribution are Soul Deceiver, Foul Play, Wicked Wardrobe and Billy Eight Kids
Q) Will my order be completed as requested?
On all orders that meet the minimum requirements for each brand, will be completed exactly as to our customer’s request. If a customer requires small amounts per design, colour, size and brand of which is below the target minimum we can’t provide a 100% guarantee. In this situation, we would inform you and ask that we provide you with an alternative model of which compliments you chosen style, for you to provide a backup list for such a situation or hold the fee as credit for any future orders.
